** Do you allow early check-ins or late check-outs? **

Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee special requests. Our cleaning crew is on a schedule based on our advertised times. It's extremely important that the property is fully cleaned, sanitized and prepped prior to the start of each reservation. However, If the property is available before 4 PM then we will notify you for an early check-in. There are fun beaches and restaurants that we can recommend visiting.  

** Is the pool heated? **

The pool heater is set to 75-78 degrees during the winter months. When the outside temperature is on the cooler side during the night/day then the pool most likely will not heat to the set temperature. Since it operates on a heat pump system it does take quite a few hours in the morning to heat up and depending on the local temperature the pool water may be quite cool. During the cooler winter months the spa is the best option as the pool may be too cold to swim. 

** Do you allow events/parties? **

We do NOT allow any parties or events; including bachelorette, bachelor or birthday parties. If a party/event is observed at the property then the reservation will be immediately canceled without a refund. We are located in a quiet community, therefore, loud music is not allowed. We are obligated to monitor outside noise after 10 PM per the Pinellas County STR regulation. The Pool/Lounge/Bar are available until 10PM.

** What are the booking requirements? ** 

-3rd party bookings are strictly prohibited. The individual booking the property must be present at check-in and stay the entire duration of the reservation. The guest that makes the reservation is responsible for submitting the names of all guests in order to receive the door code.

-Must be 25 years of age to book. We reserve the right to request ID for any guest.

-We do not rent to local residents without prior approval. 

-When sending a booking request please be sure to let us know the purpose of your travel to the Crystal Beach area. Since we are a family oriented rental we want to ensure our property is the right fit for your vacation.

** Do you allow outside guests to visit? **

-Outside visitors are not permitted on the property. We can only allow the guests indicated on the reservation at the property (up to 14). We are obligated to confirm and monitor the number of guests at the property. There are great areas near the property to meet friends, such as local parks, beaches or restaurants.

-Guests not included on the reservation are subject to an extra fee of $100 per day per guest. If at any time there are additional guests over our max occupancy limit at the property then the reservation will be immediately canceled with no refund. 

-The reservation must be made for the max number of people that will be at the property at any given time. 

** What items are supplied with the rental? **

-We provide linens, bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, a stocked kitchen(s) with utensils including pots/pans/coffee maker, basic spices, board games, pool toys, high chair, pack-n-play, etc. 

-We provide enough laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels to get you through the first few days of your stay.  

-For beach lovers, we have beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas and beach toys available to enjoy the Gulf beaches.

**What's the closest swim beach to the property?**

The closest swim beach is Honeymoon Island. It's approximately 6 miles, a short 10-15 minute drive. Other local beach information is included under the "location" section. Although Crystal Beach is not a typical swim beach we highly recommend taking time to enjoy our little slice of paradise by watching a sunset in our local park area.
